Effective rates of Azerbaijani manat increase

As of December 1, 2021, the nominal effective rate of the Azerbaijani manat against foreign currencies amounted to 81.3 points, up 2.7 points from a month ago, Report informs citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
This figure is 5.7 points more compared to the beginning of the year, and by 3.7 points higher than in the same period last year.
The real effective exchange rate of the national currency at the end of November was 109.5 points, which is 4 points more than the previous month, 9.2 points higher than the beginning of the year, and 6.8 points more than a year earlier.
