Cristina Doros: Azerbaijan large market and strategic partner for Visa

Azerbaijan is a large market and strategic partner for Visa, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Visa Cristina Doros said at the Visa Cashless Forum 2024 - Digital Azerbaijan event in Baku, Report informs.

She noted that Visa's global mission is to digitalize payments, introduce innovation and ensure uninterrupted customer service.

Visa has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1997, and throughout this period it has offered innovative solutions and invested funds, Doros said, adding that cooperation with the government of Azerbaijan, the Central Bank and the country's financial institutions makes it possible for Visa to introduce innovations in payments and make payments more convenient and secure for the residents of Azerbaijan.
