Combat against money launchering in life insurance discussed at Central Bank

A meeting with the heads of life insurance and reinsurance companies took place at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan during which the participants discussed measures on countering legalization of criminal earnings and terrorism financing, Report informs, citing the CBA's statement.
During the meeting, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan provided detailed information about the risks of money laundering in life insurance, practical examples, special indicators and legal requirements in this sphere, and discussed the issues of continuous improvement of the internal control system.
