The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has achieved several targets within the framework of the Strategy for the Development of the Financial Sector in 2024-2026, with ongoing efforts on other targets, Vusal Khalilov, a member of the CBA Board of Directors, said at the 8th International Banking Forum held in Baku, Report informs.
"The strategy’s implementation impacts the entire sector, but it will take time for the sector to fully adapt. The funds allocated by the CBA to support these changes are considered investments, not expenses," Khalilov explained.
