From the beginning of this year, the decision regarding the increase in prices (tariffs) of some services (products) regulated by the state in Azerbaijan may affect inflation expectations, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
"This affects the fact that the projected inflation still exceeds the accepted target. The forecast of annual inflation in 2023, which will be around 8%, remains unchanged, based on the assumptions of the base scenario," CBA stated.
