Azerbaijan has pursued the policy of reducing consumer loans as part of efforts to curb inflation this year, Governor of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Taleh Kazimov said at the session of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.
According to Report, he also said de-dollarization continues in the country and the number of loans issued in foreign currency has been reduced.
"The budget package supports macroeconomic measures and currency stability," the chief banker said.
