CBA chairman discusses importance of COP29 in long-term development of global economy in Washington

Taleh Kazimov, Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, participated in the Constituency Group meeting within the spring meetings of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund in Washington, Kazimov said on X, Report informs.
“During the meeting, we discussed changes in the economic environment and the implementation of macroeconomic policies in our respective countries. We also exchanged views on financial stability issues and the development of the financial sector to ensure the growth of sustainable economy,” he said.
At the meeting, he emphasized the significance of hosting COP29 in Azerbaijan and the relevance of this initiative for the long-term development of the global economy.
