Budget revenues through customs authorities up in Azerbaijan

In January-November 2024, customs revenues to Azerbaijan's state budget amounted to just over 6 billion manats ($3.52 billion).
Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee (SCC), that this is 5% more compared to the same period last year.
In particular, over the past year, revenues from customs duties increased by 23.5% to 1.85 billion manats ($1.08 billion), revenues from value-added tax (VAT) decreased by 1.2% to 3.93 billion manats ($2.31 billion), revenues from excise taxes decreased by 10.2% to 184.83 million manats ($108.72 million), and road tax revenues slightly decreased to 39.26 million manats ($23.09 million).
