BSE: Next stage of capital market development to be associated with introduction of derivative instruments

The next stage of capital market development in Azerbaijan will be associated with the introduction of derivative financial instruments, Ruslan Khalilov, the chairman of the Board of Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) CJSC, said at the INMerge innovation summit organized by PASHA Holding LLC in Baku, Report informs.

"Another important issue is improving financial literacy. When issuing securities, companies should disclose their financial indicators and development plans to the public," he noted.
