Brent rises to almost $78 per barrel

Oil prices started to rise on August 20 afternoon, trying to recover from a sharp decline the day before, Report informs referring to Interfax.
By 15:11 (GMT+4), October Brent futures rose in price on the London ICE Futures exchange by $0.3 (0.39%), to $77.96 per barrel.
September WTI futures by this time rose in price on the NYMEX exchange by $0.12 (0.16%), to $74.49 per barrel.
The exchange circulation period of September futures expires with the end of the session on August 20.
More actively traded October contracts rose in price by $0.2 (0.27%), to $73.86 per barrel.
