Baku to host meeting of Council of Central Banks of OTS member states

The meeting of the Council of Central (National) Banks of the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) will be held in Baku, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).

According to the bank, CBA Chairman Taleh Kazimov took part in the First meeting of the Council, which was held today in Astana.

The event was also attended by the Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan Timur Suleimenov, OTS Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Chairman of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan, Melis Turgunbayev, Chairman of the Central Bank of Türkiye Fatih Karahan, Chairman of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan Timur Ishmetov and Executive Director of the Central Bank of Hungary Gabor Szocs.

The participants of the meeting were received by the president of Kazakhstan today.
