Azerbaijani investment company prepares for 400M manat bond issuance

Currently, the PASHA Capital investment company is working on ten projects for issuing securities with a total amount of more than 400 million manats ($235.3 million), Ilgar Taghiyev, Sales Advisor to the Director of PASHA Capital, said at a press conference on the results of the company's activities in 2024, Report informs.

"Currently, work is underway on ten projects with a total amount of more than 400 million manats. One of these initiatives is the issuance of secured bonds. It is expected that these bonds will be issued by the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund," Taghiyev noted.

According to Taghiyev, the total issuance volume of secured bonds will amount to 40 million manats ($23.5 million), of which 10 million manats ($5.88 million) will be state-guaranteed.
