In 2024, Azerbaijan allocated 4.828 billion manats ($2.84 billion) from the state budget for the reconstruction and restoration of its liberated territories, representing a 13.6% decrease year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s Finance Ministry.
Throughout the year, organizations utilized 99.4% of the almost 4.856 billion manats ($2.856 billion) allocated in the state budget for the reconstruction and restoration of liberated territories. This was achieved through the financing of expense orders submitted to state treasury bodies for relevant projects.
