Azerbaijan’s leading holding establishes three companies 

State Tax Service of the Ministry of Economy has registered PASHA Facility Management LLC, PASHA Malls LLC and PASHA Management Company LLC.

Report informs that all three companies (the authorized capital of each of them is AZN 100) were registered in Neftchiler Avenue 153 (Port Baku), Nasimi district, Baku. The legal representative of PASHA Facility Management LLC and PASHA Malls LLC is Samir Teymur Mammadov. The Executive Director of PASHA Holding, Jalal Alakbar Gasimov, represents PASHA Management Company LLC.
