Azerbaijan’s insurance market grows 16%

Azerbaijan-based 20 insurers collected 843.897 million manats premiums in in 20121, 15.8% more than a year earlier, Report informs referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
The payments by insurance companies for the reporting period amounted to 458.726 million manats, 1.4% higher than the same period of 2020.
For the reporting period, 54.4 manats were paid for every 100 manats of insurance premiums, while this figure was 63.8 manats last year.
