Azerbaijan’s debt to World Bank down nearly 18%

As of July 1, Azerbaijan’s debt to the World Bank amounted to $738.6 million, representing 14.7% of the country’s external public debt — a 17.5% decrease compared to the same period last year, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Finance.
Overall, Azerbaijan’s external public debt stood at $5.01 billion as of the reporting date.
