Azerbaijan's consolidated budget surplus halved in 2024

In 2024, Azerbaijan's consolidated budget revenues amounted to 47.947 billion manats ($28.2 billion), while expenditures were 42.866 billion manats ($25.22 billion), Report informs, citing the country's Finance Ministry.
These figures are 4.8% less and 6.3% more YoY, respectively.
As a result, the consolidated budget had a surplus of 5.08 billion manats ($2.99 billion), which is approximately 2 times less YoY.
