Azerbaijan’s Central Bank expands e-application services

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) continues to prioritize expanding options for citizens to access the Bank and maintain information accessibility, Report informs, citing the CBA.

The Central Bank has been added to the list of service providers on the myGov platform, enabling citizens to submit electronic applications directly through the portal, another important step toward digital engagement.

The myGov (my.gov.az), a key component of digital government infrastructure in Azerbaijan, offers a convenient and unified access point to public and private sector services for a broad user base.

Citizens can now select the Central Bank from the relevant list on the myGov website and submit their appeals online directly to the Bank.

Also, citizens can use the official website of the Central Bank (cbar.az) to submit appeals online or contact the 966 call Center to have their inquiries registered.
