Azerbaijan's budget revenues from paid services drop 21% below forecast in 1H2025

In January-June of 2025, revenues from paid services provided by budget-funded organizations in Azerbaijan totaled 312.1 million manats (just under $183.6 million), which is 21.4% lower than forecasted and 29.2% higher year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s Ministry of Finance.
Meanwhile, other budget revenues during the same period reached 434.6 million manats (over $255.6 million), exceeding forecasts by 3.6 times and marking a 6.4% increase year-on-year.
