Azerbaijan posts over 18% increase in money supply in national currency

As of March 1 this year, the broad money supply in Azerbaijan amounted to 33,884.1 million manats.
Report informs citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan that the broad money supply increased by 2.2% compared to February 1 this year, dropped by 2.2% compared to the beginning of the year and rose by 18.6% in annual terms.
The broad money supply in manats amounted to 23,010.4 million manats as of March 1. This is 0.4% less than the same indicator as of February 1, 3.6% less than at the beginning of the year, and 17.5% more than in annual terms.
