Azerbaijan posts nearly 43% decline in currency sales 

The currency sales in the auctions jointly held by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) and the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) in January-March 2023 amounted to $ 929.1 million, down 42.8% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the CBA.

In March alone, currency sales made up $383.9 million, showing a 27% decline in comparison to a year ago.
