Azerbaijan more than quintuples Balance of Payment

In the first quarter of this year, a surplus in Azerbaijan’s Balance of Payment (BoP) amounted to $ 1,572.4 million (+4.8 times), Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

The surplus was formed by a surplus of $3,952.7 million (+6.3 times) in the current account, a gap of $0.3 million in the capital account (last year- surplus), a gap of $1,195.6 million in the financial account (last year- surplus) and a gap of $ 1,184.4 million in net errors and omissions (+3.7 times).
