Azerbaijan hosting Insurtech summit for first time

Today, with the strategic support of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), the Azerbaijan Insurers Association Public Union, the Türkiye InsurTech Hub, and New Generation Management Company, the Insurtech Summit is being held for the first time in Azerbaijan.

Report informs that representatives of the insurance sector and technology brands of Azerbaijan and Türkiye, as well as other representatives of the financial market, are participating in the event.

The main goal of the summit is to contribute to the development of digitalization in the insurance market of Azerbaijan, together with the experience of Turkish insurance companies in the field of digitization and technology brands that are the leaders of the sector.

The CBA Chairman, Taleh Kazimov, the Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Rashad Nabiyev, the Chairman of the Economic Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship Committee of Parliament, Tahir Mirkishili, and other officials will speak at the event, CBA Director-General Ziya Aliyev and Turkish speaker Fatih Acer will make presentations on the analysis of the insurance sector.

Speakers of the brotherly countries will also exchange experiences in the discussions organized on the panels of Azerbaijan and Türkiye.
