Azerbaijan expects economic growth of about 4% in 2024

This year, the economy of Azerbaijan is expected to grow by 3.8%, Tahir Mirkishili, Chairman of the Economic Policy, Industries and Enterprising Committee of the Milli Majlis (Parliament), said at the committee's meeting today, Report informs.
The parliament is discussing the draft on amending the law "On State Budget Implementation of 2024".
"In particular, an increase of 0.8% is expected in the oil sector, and more than 5% in the non-oil sector," Mirkishili said.
