Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan are discussing cooperation in the joint analysis of market information, including quotations and yield indicators, Oqtay Gasimov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Baku Stock Exchange, said, according to Report.
He noted that data analysis is one of the areas of activity envisioned within the framework of cooperation between the two countries.
"Currently, certain technical frameworks for cooperation in this field already exist. However, we are not yet able to fully utilize these frameworks functionally. At this stage, we are clarifying the information that can be provided within the cooperation — such as market fluctuations, yield indicators, opening and closing prices, and so on. Not all data can be shared with the other party at the initial stage, as additional work is required to ensure compatibility and usability," Gasimov emphasized.
He added that the opportunities for cooperation with Kazakhstan in this area are very broad, and negotiations on a number of technical issues are ongoing.
