Average annual inflation in Azerbaijan expected to be below 4% in next 5 years

In Azerbaijan, the average annual inflation, which is projected at 5.1% in the base scenario for the current year, is expected to gradually decrease to 3.8% in 2029, reads the Medium-Term Budget Framework for 2025-2029 released by the country's Ministry of Finance, Report informs.
According to the document, this forecast was prepared by the Ministry of Economy, taking into account the forecasts of international organizations regarding food and commodity prices, the stability of the manat exchange rate, the assumption of no increase in regulated prices, as well as anti-inflation measures.
