ADB updates inflation forecasts for Azerbaijan

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) predicts inflation in Azerbaijan to be at 10% this year, said the Bank's Asian Development Outlook for September, Report informs.
According to the document, this is 3 percentage points higher than the ADB's April forecast.
The bank forecasts 8.5% inflation in Azerbaijan next year, 2 percentage points higher than the previous forecast.
ADB expects inflation in the Caucasus and Central Asia region to be 10.6% (0.3 percentage points higher) this year and 8% next year (0.5 percentage points higher).
