STAR Refinery doubles jet fuel production

In November of this year, the STAR refinery (NEZ), an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced more than 64,764 tons (+34,173 tons, or 2.1 times) of kerosene (aviation fuel) for jet engines, Report informs, citing the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
In total, over 468,809 tons of kerosene for jet engines were produced at oil refineries in Türkiye in November of this year, 158,251 tons, or 50.8%, more than in November 2022.
