STAR Refinery accounts for Türkiye’s total petroleum coke output in April

The STAR Oil Refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced 64,473 tons of petroleum coke in April 2024, Report informs, citing the Turkish Energy Market Regulation Authority (EMRA).
According to the obtained data, the production fell by 14,476 tons or 18.6 percent compared to the same month of 2023.
In April 2024, STAR Oil Refinery accounted for total petroleum coke production in Türkiye, which is 101,482 tons, or 2.6 times, less than in April 2023.
