SOCAR: Tender on transfer of ELOU-AVT-6 to Baku Oil refinery continues

Baku. 20 November. REPORT.AZ/ Tender process on transfer of ELOU-AVT-6 unit from the territory of  SOCAR’s former Azerneftyag Oil Refinery to Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery continues, Deputy Head of SOCAR's Public Relations Department Ibrahim Ahmadov told Report.

According to him, all main tenders on modernization and reconstruction of the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery have been completed: "The tender for the transfer of ELOU-AVT-6 unit is the last tender. Later on, the contractors can announce a tender for determination of subcontractors."

Transfer of ELOU-AVT-6 unit (including vacuum block) with the annual productivity is 2 million tonnes, to the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery is expected to be completed by the end of 2020. Modernization and reconstruction program of the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery is planned to come to an end in the first quarter of 2021.
