SOCAR, Srbijagas ink agreement on additional daily gas supply

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) and Srbijagas, the state-owned natural gas provider in Serbia, signed a Purchase and Sale Agreement on an additional daily gas supply of 1 million cubic meters, which will cover the period from November 1, 2024, to April 1, 2025, Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said on X, Report informs.
The agreement was signed during the meeting in Belgrade between Shahbazov with Serbian Minister of Mining and Energy Dubravka Djedovic Handanovic on expanding energy cooperation.
Moreover, the Energy Ministry of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Mining and Energy of Serbia signed a Memorandum of Understanding on green energy cooperation.
