SOCAR’s refinery accounts for 35.5% of diesel fuel produced in Türkiye

STAR Oil Refinery, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Turkiye, produced 512,251 tons of diesel in August 2023, down 14,133 tons, or 2.7%, from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
In total, Turkiye-based refineries produced 1,444,730 tons of diesel in August, down 0.73% from a year earlier.
STAR refinery accounts for 35.5% of the diesel fuel produced in Türkiye.
