SOCAR’s STAR Refinery increases diesel production by over 7%

STAR Oil Refinery, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Turkiye, produced 559,454 tons of diesel in September 2022, up 38,344 tons or 7.36% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
In total, Turkiye-based refineries produced 1,407,981 tons of diesel in September, down 112,655 tons or 7.41% from a year earlier.
The diesel production by the STAR Refinery made up 521,110 tons in September 2021.
