SOCAR more than doubles oil exports

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) increased oil exports by 2.2 times to 300,000 tons in January 2024, Report informs, citing the operational data released by the Ministry of Energy for January 2024.

In total, Azerbaijan exported 2.1 million tons of oil (including condensate) during the reporting period, the same as in January 2023.

In the reporting period, Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC) exported about 2.1 million tons of oil, down by 0.2 million tons, or 10%.
