SOCAR increases oil production in 3Q23

In July-September 2023, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) produced over 1.96 million tons of oil and over 1.98 billion cubic meters of natural gas, Report informs, citing the company.

Compared to the same period of the previous year, SOCAR increased oil production by 0.4%, while gas production decreased by 2%.

In general, Azerbaijan produced 7.539 million tons of oil and 12 billion cubic meters of gas. National oil production decreased by 5.9% compared to the corresponding period in 2022, while natural gas production increased by 9.4%.
