Parviz Shahbazov: UAE is ready to provide all possible support to Azerbaijan during its presidency of COP29

In Abu Dhabi, Azerbaijan’s energy minister Parviz Shahbazov had a productive meeting with Sultan Ahmad Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology of the United Arab Emirates, President of COP28, Report informs, citing Shahbazov’s X account.

“We held discussions on building production capacities, acceleration of the implementation of projects on electricity transmission with our strategic partner in the field of green energy – Masdar, and First - Phase Absheron gas project, expansion of cooperation in the upstream sector with ADNOC Group and other issues on the agenda. As a country of COP28, the UAE is ready to provide all possible support to Azerbaijan during its presidency of COP29,” Minister Shahbazov wrote on X.
