Mehmet Yuce: Zangazur is common project for Turkic world in terms of alternative energy export

The Zangazur region is one of the most strategic locations for the export of alternative energy to the West, and this is not only Azerbaijan's project but a common project of the entire Turkic world, said Mehmet Yuce, lecturer at Türkiye's Uludag University and Deputy Chairman of the Environmental Agency, Report informs.

Yuce shared this insight at the International Turkic World Economic Conference themed "Common Future: Socio-Economic Innovations" held in Baku.

According to him, the projects built on the Zangazur corridor are technologically balanced, and concrete steps are already being taken in the direction of joint investment and cooperation in the region: "These projects are of strategic importance in terms of energy, logistics, and strengthening unity among Turkic states. All Turkic states are already aware of this reality."

During his speech, Yuce also expressed his gratitude to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
