Istanbul to host 2nd Azerbaijan-Turkiye Energy Forum

Istanbul is to host the 2nd Azerbaijan-Turkiye Energy Forum on October 5-6.
Report informs, citing the Ministry of Energy, that the first day of the two-day forum will include meetings of joint working groups on hydrocarbon and petrochemical products, the use of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency, the electricity market, distribution and transmission of electricity.
A number of high-ranking officials, including Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkiye Fatih Donmez, as well as the signing of a protocol following the forum, are expected to make speeches on the second day of the event.
