Greek energy minister to visit Azerbaijan

The Greek Minister of the Environment and Energy, Kostas Skrekas, will visit Azerbaijan in the coming days, Report informs, citing the Greek media sources.
According to information, Greece is interested in strengthening relations with other countries to ensure the country's energy supply.
During the visit, Skrekas is planned to meet with Azerbaijan's energy minister, Parviz Shahbazov, and SOCAR management.
Greece cooperates closely with Azerbaijan in the energy sector, and the country uses the Trans-Adriatic Gas Pipeline (TAP), which supplies 20% of its needs for gas from Azerbaijan.
