Gas prices in Europe rise by almost 6%

Exchange prices for gas in Europe increased by almost 6%, Report informs referring to the London Stock Exchange ICE.
September (nearest) futures on the TTF index (the biggest hub in Europe, located in the Netherlands) opened trading at $446.5 (-1.4%). Further, they amounted to $479.6 (+5.9%).
The dynamics of quotations is based on the settlement price of the previous trading day - $452.9 per 1,000 cubic meters.
