Gas prices in Europe fall 14%

Gas prices in Europe fell by 14%, dropping below $2,100 per 1,000 cubic meters, Report informs referring to the London Stock Exchange ICE.
The April futures price at the TTF hub in the Netherlands fell to $2,090.6 per 1,000 cubic meters.
On March 7, the price of gas in Europe grew by 79%, reaching almost $3,900 per 1,000 cubic meters for the first time.
In general, the growth of exchange quotations for gas is observed against the background of the fact that the US, the EU, the UK, as well as a number of other states announced the imposition of sanctions against a number of Russian legal entities and individuals after Russia began hostilities in Ukraine on February 24.
