Gas consumption in Azerbaijan increases by nearly 2%

In 2024, natural gas consumption in Azerbaijan exceeded 13.666 billion cubic meters, Report informs with reference to the SOCAR update on drilling, production, processing, and export indicators for the past year.
SOCAR stated that this is 226.652 million cubic meters or 1.7% more compared to the figure in 2023.
In 2023, a total of almost 13.44 billion cubic meters of natural gas was consumed in the country.
