Cost for reconstruction of substation in Azerbaijan’s Barda announced

The estimated cost of reconstructing the existing 35/10 kV Samad Vurghun substation located in Azerbaijan’s Barda city into a 110 kV substation is 15.6 million manats ($9.18 million), Report informs, citing the Public Procurement web portal.

This is reflected in the procurement terms announced by Azerishiq JSC.

Suppliers must pay a usage fee of 25 manats ($14.7) and a participation fee of 2,346.77 manats ($1,380) to submit their proposals for participation in the tender.

The participation fee is not refundable except in cases where the procurement fails due to the number of suppliers being less than three, while the usage fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Proposals should be submitted by 12:00 Baku time (GMT+4) on February 11. The envelopes will be opened at the same time on that day.
