Commercial gas extraction in Azerbaijan rises nearly 3% over eight months

Gas production in Azerbaijan totaled 33.5842 billion cubic meters in January–August 2025, marking a 1.7% increase compared to the same period last year.

According to Report, citing the State Statistics Committee, 25.8314 billion cubic meters of this volume was commercial gas, up 2.8%.

Oil and condensate production in Azerbaijan for January–August 2025 amounted to 18.3913 million tons, a decrease of 4.7%. Of this, commercial oil accounted for 18.3495 million tons, also down 4.7%.
