Commercial gas production in Azerbaijan increases slightly

In January-July, Azerbaijan produced 29.246 billion cubic meters of natural gas, of which 22.551 billion cubic meters were commercial natural gas, Report informs referring to the State Statistics Committee.

During the reporting period, natural gas production decreased by 0.7% year-on-year, while commercial gas production increased by 0.2%. Over the past seven months, Azerbaijan produced 16.033 million tons of crude oil, including gas condensate.

Of this volume, 15.996 million tons were commercial crude oil. During the reporting period, the volumes of oil and commercial oil production were 5.4% lower compared to the seven months of 2024.
