Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli: 75% of BP's projects are education-oriented

Some 75% of the projects implemented by BP are in the field of education, Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli, BP Vice President for the Caspian region, Communications and External Affairs, said at the opening ceremony of the National Program project held within the framework of the 4SI Academy, as quoted by Report.

"Although we have projects related to the environment, supporting small and medium-sized businesses, and promoting our rich national, cultural, historical and heritage, the common direction is education projects. This includes preschool education, general education, inclusive education, vocational education, and higher education," he noted.

According to him, training is very important when it comes to modern education:

"This project, which is aimed at ensuring the accessibility of world-class international trainings for Azerbaijani citizens within the framework of the National Program, which we are presenting today, also immediately attracted our attention. In general, there is quite a lot of talk about the changes in the labor market. The era we live in is different in that the speed of these changes is currently incredibly high. The speed of these changes pushes and encourages each of us to adapt to changes more quickly."
