Azerishiq installing 12 more charging stations in Baku

Azerishiq OJSC is installing charging stations at another 12 locations in Baku, Report informs, citing the company.
Following the declaration of 2024 the Green World Solidarity Year in Azerbaijan and in anticipation of COP29 to be held in Baku this November, the necessary infrastructure for charging points is being created in Azerbaijan's capital and regions.
The country is planning to install charging points at 147 locations in 2024. Sixty-nine of them will be in Baku, 58 in the regions, and 20 in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur.
