Azerbaijan used 83.6% of its daily OPEC quota in May

In May 2024, the daily production of oil (including condensate) in Azerbaijan was 76,775 tons, Report informs, citing the country's Energy Ministry.

According to the ministry, 62,118 tons of it was crude oil, and 14,657 tons was condensate.

Thus, Azerbaijan used 83.65% of the OPEC quota.

According to the agreement reached at the 36th meeting of the ministers of OPEC plus countries, Azerbaijan's production quota for 2024 is 551,000 barrels (74,259 tons) per day.
