Azerbaijan's revenue from petroleum coke exports soars in 1Q25

In January-March 2025, Azerbaijan exported 45,071.95 tons of petroleum coke according to customs declarations, Report informs, citing the country's State Customs Committee.
The country earned $14.445 million from these exports.
This is 33.3% less in volume and 2.6 times more in value compared to the same period last year.
During the past three months, petroleum coke accounted for 0.23% of the country's total exports.
In January-March 2025, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations worth $12.049 billion with other countries. Of the foreign trade turnover, $6.386 billion accounted for exports, while $5.663 billion accounted for imports. Over the past year, exports increased by 6.7%, while imports soared by 52.6%.
