Azerbaijan's profit from methanol exports down by nearly 35%

In January-July of this year, Azerbaijan exported methanol (methyl alcohol) worth $52.9 million (-$28.4 million, or 34.9%), Report informs, citing the Export Review of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

During the reporting period, the total exports of Azerbaijan amounted to $20.8 billion, and the export of the non-oil sector increased by 17.8% compared to the same period of 2022 and amounted to $2 billion.
